  <title>Chicken Enchiladas</title>

		  <fooditem>tortillas (corn or flour) </fooditem></ingredient>

	  <ingredient><quantity>1 </quantity> <unit>8-oz. tub </unit>
		  <fooditem>sour cream </fooditem></ingredient>

	  <ingredient><quantity>1 </quantity> <unit>small can </unit>
		  <fooditem>Ortega diced chilies, drained (rinse if palate
	  is tender)</fooditem></ingredient>

	  <ingredient><quantity>1 </quantity> <unit>can </unit>
		  <fooditem>cream of chicken soup </fooditem></ingredient>

  <preparation>
	  Preheat oven to 300&#xb0; F.  Mix sour cream, drained chilies and
	  soup.  Heat in a <equipment> shallow pan</equipment> until
	  steamy.  Dip tortillas in warm sauce.  Put 2-3 T. meat and some
	  cheese on tortilla.  Roll and place, seam side down, in
	  <equipment>10 inch x 16 inch rectangular baking dish</equipment>.
	  Repeat with remaining tortillas.  Top entire dish with rest of
	  sauce and shredded cheese.  Bake at 300&#xb0; for 20 minutes.
